Purpose of the Program
Dear Internet users!
We are pleased to welcome you to our website.
In order to provide maximum awareness about vehicles whose drivers offer various services (passenger transportation, freight delivery, courier services, etc.), we invite you to take advantage of the features available on our website.
Here, you will find detailed information about the location of vehicles, their technical specifications, and the services provided by the drivers.
Pages for Searching Transport Drivers and Couriers
Our website features two pages for finding transport and courier services:
1. TAXI / COURIER / TOW TRUCK / MOBILE TIRE SERVICE (Main / Quick Search)
On this page, by selecting an address (range of house numbers that includes your location) or a photo landmark, you can identify which vehicle or courier is closest to your trip starting point or service location.
A driver or courier can arrive within 15 minutes (within Lviv city limits), depending on normal traffic and the direction of the vehicle’s movement from its current location to the start point or service location.
If the point is outside the city, travel to a suburban area (up to 15 km from Lviv) may take 15–30 minutes.
Each start point or service location (such as an address, train station, hospital, hotel, or park) is connected to landmark categories like vehicle parking zones and the start point itself (shopping mall, station, market, etc.).
2. TRANSPORT CATALOG
On this page, you’ll find information to help you choose the right category of transport.
It displays the location of vehicles and couriers, their equipment, driver services, and the status of the driver or courier, among other details.
Categories of Drivers and Couriers
Taxis – Drivers who operate in taxi mode (including passenger cars, cargo vehicles from 500 kg to 5 tons, minibuses, tow trucks, mobile tire services, as well as drivers who offer additional services such as fuel delivery, towing, etc.).
Search available on the pages: "TAXI / COURIER / TOW TRUCK / MOBILE TIRE SERVICE", "VEHICLE CATALOG".
Couriers – Drivers who operate in delivery mode.
Search available on the pages: "TAXI / COURIER / TOW TRUCK / MOBILE TIRE SERVICE", "VEHICLE CATALOG".
Walking Couriers – Couriers who deliver on foot.
Search available on the pages: "TAXI / COURIER / TOW TRUCK / MOBILE TIRE SERVICE", "VEHICLE CATALOG".
All Other Vehicles – Drivers who provide transportation services not classified as taxi or courier (for example, for long-distance trips, event transportation, corporate or ceremonial services, or tasks requiring special technical equipment, etc.).
Search available on the "VEHICLE CATALOG" page.
Driver and Courier Status
Available (green background on the driver's or courier's photo) – The driver/courier is currently available and located near their selected landmark.
Will Be Available (light blue background on the driver's or courier's photo) – The driver/courier is currently busy but will be available near the indicated landmark (e.g., parking lot, market, village, station, etc.) by the estimated time shown below the photo.
Busy (red background on the driver's or courier's photo) – The driver/courier is currently fulfilling an order but can accept a pre-scheduled request, such as a delivery, transfer, airport or train station pickup, out-of-town trip, or general advance booking.
Not Working (gray background on the driver's photo) – The driver is not currently working but can still accept a pre-scheduled request, such as a transfer, airport or train station pickup, out-of-town trip, or advance vehicle booking.
*Landmarks*
A landmark refers to a vehicle parking location, range of house numbers, a small street, train station, hotel, hospital, market, theater, monument, regional city, village, etc.
Categories of landmarks where drivers and couriers are registered:
“Vehicle Parking Areas in the City of Lviv” – Taxi drivers / couriers / tow trucks / mobile tire services based at these parking areas serve addresses and facilities within a 2 km radius, as well as nearby suburban villages.
“Vehicle Parking Areas in the Cities and Villages of Lviv Region” – Taxi drivers / couriers / tow trucks / mobile tire services based at these parking areas serve the district town and nearby villages.
“Landmarks – Objects” – This includes ranges of house numbers, small streets, regional cities, district towns, villages, train stations, hotels, hospitals, markets, theaters, etc. Drivers and couriers are assigned to specific landmarks like a street segment, city, town, village, station, hotel, shopping center, hospital, market, or theater.
Landmark categories linked to addresses:
In Lviv:
The category “Vehicle Parking Areas in the City of Lviv” is linked to ranges of house numbers, streets, and various facilities.
Drivers registered at these parking areas typically serve locations within a 1–2 km radius.
For example, if you live at V. Velykoho St., 111, and your building falls within the odd-numbered range 61…115, then the nearest relevant parking areas are connected to your range. Drivers from these areas can reach your location within approximately 15 minutes.
Example parking areas:

Lot 648, Starychi (Landmark – Rukavychka store)
As well as the nearest parking areas in Novoyavorivsk and Shklo village.
House Number Ranges
Long streets, such as Zelena Street, are divided into several house number ranges.
Please note that when searching for a driver or courier, you should select the range that includes your specific house number.
House number ranges are categorized as follows:
All house numbers on the street (both even and odd) — e.g., (1–50)
Even house numbers only — e.g., (2 … 20)
Odd house numbers only — e.g., (1 … 17)
Specific house numbers that belong to one street but are accessible from a different street — e.g., (1a, 102v)
If you're unable to find a vehicle near your selected range (e.g., the even-numbered range), you can try searching using the opposite range (e.g., odd-numbered).
Driving Zones and Service Areas
Public Transport Lane (with permit): Drivers are authorized to use public transport lanes, which allows for faster travel from point A to point B by avoiding traffic congestion.
City Center (with permit): Drivers have permission to enter and drive through central city areas, which may otherwise be restricted to traffic.
Pedestrian Zone (with permit): Drivers are allowed to drive through pedestrian-only zones.
Industrial Zone (with permit): Drivers have access to industrial zones where entry may be restricted.
City: Drivers/couriers provide services within a regional or district center as well as nearby towns and villages.
Region: Drivers/couriers provide services throughout the entire region.
Country: Drivers/couriers provide services across the entire territory of Ukraine.
Poland: Drivers/couriers offer services within Poland and carry out cross-border transportation between Ukraine and Poland (Ukraine ? Poland).
Europe: Drivers/couriers provide services across European countries and also perform cross-border transportation between Ukraine and Europe (Ukraine ? Europe).
Temporary Long-Term Road Repairs
Let’s consider the following situation: for example, Shevchenka Street is under repair. You need to take a taxi to the Main Railway Station, which is located in the direction of the odd-numbered side of Shevchenka Street.
You live at 60 Shevchenka St. (even-numbered side), and your address is linked to transport parking areas where drivers are registered and can arrive within 15 minutes.
However, your trip to the station may be more expensive, because the driver will need to take a detour around the section of the street that is under repair in the direction of the station.
In this situation, we recommend that you select the opposite house number range (odd-numbered) when searching for a vehicle. This way, you’ll see drivers associated with the odd-numbered side. You can then choose an available driver and agree on a meeting point.
This trip to the station will be significantly cheaper, as the driver won’t need to make a detour around the closed section of the road.
Search for Transport/Courier — Arrival Within 15 Minutes
To find available taxi drivers, couriers, tow trucks, or mobile tire services (with an arrival time of up to 15 minutes within the city of Lviv and 15–30 minutes to suburban villages near Lviv), use one of the methods described below.
Option 1 – Search by Your Address:
1. Select the first letter of your street name.
2. Select the street name.
3. Select the house number range that includes your building. Click on it to go to the page showing your trip’s starting point (or delivery/service location) and a table of available drivers.
4. On the selected page, choose the required type of vehicle, service, or equipment, and then click “Search” (at the bottom of the page).
5. From the list of available drivers or drivers who will become available in your selected range, choose a driver and click the phone icon to reveal their contact number.
6. Call the driver, and arrange the ride, delivery, or service (providing details such as your building number, entrance, etc.). For more accurate location sharing, you can send your geolocation to the driver via phone.
Option 2 – Search by Photo Landmark:
1. Choose a photo landmark category (e.g., hotel, village, market) or a district with landmarks.
2. Click on the desired photo landmark (e.g., Hotel Lviv).
3. Repeat steps 4, 5, and 6 from the previous option. You may also share your geolocation with the driver for greater accuracy.
Option 3 – Tourism / Popular Meeting Points:
1. Click on “Popular Meeting Places”.
2. Select a photo landmark (e.g., Opera House).
3. Repeat steps 4, 5, and 6 from the first option. Again, you can share your geolocation with the driver for more precise positioning.
Search via the Catalog
Go to the “Transport Catalog” page, enter the required information, and click the “Search” button.
Select a driver and click on the phone icon to reveal their contact number.
Call the driver to arrange the ride, delivery, or service (be sure to confirm your building number, entrance, etc.).
For more accurate location details, you can share your geolocation with the driver via phone.
ATTENTION!!! WARNING!!!
Due to mass events (rallies, concerts, marathons, sports competitions, fairs, etc.), as well as closures of the city center on weekends and public holidays, emergency road repairs, major traffic accidents, and other unforeseen circumstances, access from parking areas to connected addresses may be temporarily restricted.
In such cases, drivers may refuse to drive directly to the requested address or may suggest an alternative nearby meeting point.
Shortcut Folder for Quick Access to Transport/Courier Services
To quickly search for a taxi, courier, tow truck, or mobile tire service, create a shortcut folder on your phone with links to our website.
Enter your home address, and save the webpage showing your trip/delivery/service starting point.
Label the shortcut as “My Home” and add it to your phone’s home screen.
You can also add shortcuts for frequently used locations, such as “My Office”, “My Workplace”, “My Village”, etc.
Instructions for Creating a Shortcut:
Step 1: Go to the website page with your selected address. Tap the menu icon in the top-right corner of your phone screen.
Step 2: Select the “Add” option from your phone’s menu.
Step 3: In the dialog window, choose “Create Shortcut”, name it “My Home”, then tap “Add”.
Step 4: Confirm the shortcut creation by tapping “Add to Home Screen”.
Example folder name: T-V TRANS Shortcuts
How It Works:
If the folder is already created, you won’t need to re-enter your address, street name, or house number range each time.
Just tap the “My Home” icon, and you’ll be directed to your personalized starting point page with a list of available drivers nearby.
With just one click, you’ll instantly see available taxis, couriers, tow trucks, and mobile tire services closest to you.
If No Vehicle Is Available via Quick Search (e.g., taxi, courier, tow truck, fuel delivery, sober driver, child seat car, etc.):
Go to the “Transport Catalog” page.
Select your district and the required service (e.g., “Taxi”, “Courier”).
Choose the “Available Only” filter or other desired options.
Click “Search” to see a list of available vehicles.
Note: These drivers are not connected to your quick search starting point.
As a result, the driver may take longer to reach your location and the trip may be more expensive due to distance.
We recommend calling the driver directly to confirm all details regarding your trip, delivery, or service.
Tariffs and Payments
Payment Options:
Cash – The driver or courier accepts payment in cash.
Bank Card – The driver or courier has a bank card to which you can transfer the payment via a mobile banking app.
Bank Account (B/A) – The driver has a business account where you can make a non-cash payment under a service agreement (on a regular or temporary basis).
Tariff Options:
By Agreement – The fare is individually negotiated with the driver or courier.
Metered Tariff – The fare is based on the driver’s meter readings.
"Economy Standard" Tariff (Taxi) – A standard meter-based fare according to the information published on our website.
Important Notice for Transport Clients:
If a driver or courier operates with a meter, please ensure before the ride starts that the rates shown on the meter match those listed in the driver's profile table near their photo.
How to Receive a Receipt or Delivery Report:
Use the "Advanced Search" section on the website:
1. In the "Payments & Tariffs" column, check the box for the required document type:
Standard paper receipt
Digital receipt
Delivery report
2. Click "SEARCH" to find drivers who provide the selected documents.
Drivers may send a digital receipt via Viber, email, or other platforms.
Additional Information:
Drivers working with meters usually have electronic meters and can show the fare starting from the minimum trip cost.
The driver’s tariff section may also include:
The bank servicing the account;
The card number for mobile payments (e.g., via Privat24, online banking, etc.).
Card Payments:
At the start of the trip, the client must pay the minimum fare (as previously agreed with the driver).
The remaining amount can be paid after the trip or delivery is completed.
Refunds:
If the driver or courier fails to complete your order for any reason, they are obligated to refund your payment.
Rules and Procedure for Using the Meter
Taxi:
If you have ordered a driver with a meter and set tariffs, the driver will call you upon arrival at your address. After your confirmation and phone call, the driver will activate the meter, which will start recording time and trip cost based on the tariff listed in the driver’s profile table.
Courier:
If you have requested courier services from a driver with a meter and tariffs, the driver starts the meter immediately after accepting the order. Once the parcel is delivered, the driver turns off the meter and shows you the final delivery cost.
Freight Vehicle, Bus, or Special Equipment:
If you have ordered a freight vehicle, bus, or special equipment with a meter and set tariffs, the driver will activate the meter when the vehicle starts moving. After completing the job, the meter is turned off, and the final cost of the service is presented to the client.

General Terms and Conditions
Waiting time is not charged until a certain number of free minutes has passed, as specified in the driver's fare table, starting from the moment the driver calls to announce arrival.
The following are not considered luggage: a handbag, wallet, small travel bag, or any item that can be carried by hand. All other items transported in the trunk (e.g. bags, parcels, etc.) are considered luggage and are subject to an additional charge.
A trip outside a settlement is defined by crossing the boundary marked with sign 5.46 “End of Settlement”.
A trip from the city to a village and back is not considered travel outside the settlement.
A trip from a suburb to the city and back is also not considered travel beyond city limits.
Trip outside the settlement:
If the route is less than 15 km, a fixed surcharge of +25 UAH is added to the fare.
If the route is more than 15 km, the driver applies the out-of-town rate.
Route Examples:
Lviv (pickup) — Dublyany (drop-off) — +25 UAH added
Lviv (pickup) — Vynnyky (drop-off) — +25 UAH added
Solonka (pickup) — Lviv (drop-off) — +25 UAH added
Davydiv (pickup) — Lviv (drop-off) — +25 UAH added
Example 1:
The driver is at parking lot No. 66 "Western Bus Station". You request a taxi to the Epicentr Shopping Center, address: Lviv, Horodotska St. 302 (inside the city). During the trip, the driver crosses the city boundary marked with sign 5.46 "End of Settlement". In this case, +25 UAH is added to the fare.
Example 2:
The driver is at parking lot No. 52 "Main Bus Station". You request a taxi to King Cross Leopolis Mall, address: S. Sokolnyky (a suburban settlement). During the trip, the driver does not cross the 5.46 "End of Settlement" sign. Therefore, no extra 25 UAH may be added to the fare.
The only valid reason to add +25 UAH is crossing the official boundary of a settlement.
To avoid a "no-show" or false booking, the driver may ask the client to transfer a small amount (5–100 UAH) to a mobile phone or bank card as a guarantee of the trip.

Delivery Service Rules and Conditions
During delivery of certain types of items (packages, parcels, sealed items, food, etc.), the courier has the right to:

See the User Agreement section for payment details.
Orders via Translators
Dear clients!
On our website, drivers are automatically selected based on the language you choose (the language can be selected in the top-right corner of the site). These may include drivers who speak your selected language or those who cooperate with translators.
Translators help coordinate important details such as meeting points, routes, trip costs, delivery conditions, and more. (The driver and translator work synchronously — the driver is on shift, and the translator is available remotely.)
If you require a translator to accompany you during the trip, please plan your order in advance. Be sure to coordinate all details and conditions of the trip with both the translator and the driver. Translator services are paid for by the client.
If there is a communication failure due to insufficient language proficiency of the driver or translator, please let us know at tvtrans.ln@gmail.com.
IMPORTANT NOTE!!! WARNING!!!
Dear users,
Please pay attention to a few important points that may arise when ordering vehicles.
For example, while you are dialing the number of the selected driver or service, some time passes. During that time, another customer might approach the driver directly, and the driver may accept that order first. Alternatively, an online request may be received, which the driver begins to fulfill. As a result, by the time you finish dialing, the driver might already be unavailable. Since the driver hasn't had a chance to inform you of their status yet, they may have to decline your order. We kindly ask for your understanding in such situations and recommend simply choosing another driver.
Requesting a vehicle with additional equipment
Drivers are not required to carry all optional vehicle equipment (such as a trailer) at all times. Therefore, before placing your order, please make sure that the driver has the equipment needed for your request.
Driver delays en route
If the driver is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. an accident, vehicle breakdown, traffic jam, sudden illness, etc.), it may result in lost time.
